Why do we have a Code of Conduct? – A message from Florian Hallermann

Dear Zeavoleans

As part of the Zeavola Family, our determination and unrivalled passion should ensure that we create a safe and natural environment for our guests, each other and our partners on Koh Phi Phi Island.   It is not only what we achieve, but how we live it, that determines the real value of our company.

A code of conduct shows the guidelines that we all need to work with.  This document will help guide us towards our vision and ensure that we conduct our business in line with our values: quality, reliability and care, and with our core behaviours: trust, relationships, entrepreneurship and drive. We are committed to interacting with our customers, partners and communities where we operate sustainably from an organisational, social and environmental perspective.

We recognise that our continued success and reputation depends on us individually and collectively.  This dedicated document will guide you, our staff members in your day-to-day interactions with colleagues, customers, contractors, suppliers and other partners, in particular in situations that may be challenging or uncomfortable. Adherence to the Code of Conduct is mandatory as we cannot only speak about what we believe in; we have to demonstrate it continuously through our actions. Please read it carefully and feel free to bring any concerns or questions about the code of conduct to the hotel management

We believe that in a world where adherence to ethics is  challenged, people select companies more and more for the values they embrace and how they truly live them. We trust that our combined efforts will make a difference.
